Morgan is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering and a minor in International and Comparative Politics. During her time at WVU, Morgan has actively sought experiences that combine her interest in public service and international politics. She has served as an intern at the U.S. State Department’s Office of Water and Conservation as well as the Economics Section of the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, a city where she is currently undertaking a Fulbright Scholarship to teach English at a public high school. Morgan has also competed in seven National Model UN conferences in New York City, Washington and the Galapagos Islands, and was part of a team that won the 2018 Schuman Challenge Foreign Policy competition organised by the European Union. In the UK, Morgan will pursue an MSc in Environmental Systems Engineering and an MSc in Science, Engineering and Public Policy  at UCL before pursuing a career in public service.
